Workshop Design & Schedule
The AACD Educators Academy workshop is carefully structured to create a positive and comfortable learning environment. Enrollment is strictly limited to ensure personalized coaching and to respect each individual's goals, learning style, and 'comfort zone'. A video recording is made of your progress, encouraging post-workshop study and continued improvement. One evening during the workshop a hospitality event will be hosted by the AACD Executive Office team members.
Levels of Participation
Attendees can participate at two different levels; full participation or audience participation. Attendees selecting full participation complete all the of preparatory materials, receive front of the room coaching during the workshop along with video recording, and take part in the post workshop conference call. Audience participation attendees attend the workshop as observers. They will participate in discussions and a question & answer sessions and receive handout materials. Audience participants do not complete preparatory materials or receive front of the room coaching.
